DEALER APPLICATIONS

Information for

Prospective Dealers

Thank you for your interest in the Texas Miniature Showcase.

We are a juried show and we accept dealers, new and seasoned, as approved to ensure we have a wide selection of items for everyone from the Hobbyist to the Serious Collector.

Two Table Sizes are available: 6' long x 30" wide and 8’ long x 30” wide. You may mix and match to reach your desired table spread.

Each table includes access to electricity (please bring your own lights and extension cords)

Each table includes black table skirts with white linen tops.

To be considered, please send pictures of any table displays from previous shows, merchandise, with something to show scale, and the completed Dealer Application to info@texasminiatureshowcase.us

To Teach a Workshop, you must also be a Dealer. Please submit your completed Workshop Application no later than November 1st, to be considered for the 2026 Show.
