Abandoned Chair Techniques - Ara Bentley
Students will learn many techniques to age a miniature Chair so that it looks like it could be used in an abandoned scene. One new chair and all the miniatures shown in the sample photos will be provided to each student. You will make a wilted basket of flowers to sit next to the chair along with the book stack and candle to sit in the seat. The books will be made from a Bentley House Minis Book Kit and you will have plenty more left for other projects after the class.
THURSDAY, June 27, 6pm - 10pm. 4 hour class
TOOLS REQUIRED: Small Paint Palette, small cutting mat, craft knife & blades, assorted paint brushes, small pair of scissors or flush cutters, tacky glue, hot glue gun, large clamps, sewing pins, toothpicks for spreading glue
MATERIALS SUPPLIED by Teacher: One new chair and all the miniatures shown in the sample photos will be provided to each student.
