Soldering Half Scale Andirons

Students will learn to solder brass with their handheld butane torch. Precast parts with raw materials will allow the student to experiment and understand the art of miniature soldering. Students will then polish their pieces with a Dremel.
Teacher Supplies: Precast parts, solder, flux, fireproof base, clips, polish
Students Bring: Handheld Butane torch Dremel accessories, light eye protection and smock/apron

To protect our Teachers from unnecessary expenses, cancellations prior to May 1, 2025 will be processed less a $35 processing fee. There are no refunds after May 2, 2025 - if there is a kit for your class it will be sent to you.
