Sculpting a Vase/Bowl on a Mini-wheel 101

Air dry clay will be used, so no kiln is needed. Items will be completed in class. Personal guidance will be given to each student. Scale is 1:12. Completed items will be about 1 inch tall. No tiny pieces are handled. Good eye hand coordination is helpful. Techniques of wedging, centering, opening the clay, pulling up walls, shaping, bellying the clay, and finishing will be taught. Several Finishes will be supplied to complete artwork. No previous experience is necessary and students may sign up for additional classes to continue progress.

Teacher Supplies: All Tools are supplied and available for purchase after class

Sunday, June 22 - 8am to 12pm

To protect our Teachers from unnecessary expenses, cancellations prior to May 1, 2025 will be processed less a $35 processing fee. There are no refunds after May 2, 2025 - if there is a kit for your class it will be sent to you.
