Master UV resin. such a trendy and precious material. and create a collection of original Christmas decorations in 1:12 and 1:24 scale — for a dollhouse, a shelf, a gift... or just for fun.  Not only is Anna an IGMA artisan she is also a school teacher.  What you will learn:  In one day, you will not only master the basics of working with UV resin, but also make a set of 12 unique miniature Christmas tree decorations that you will want to show everyone.  We will cover: 24+ shades of dyes and subtle color mixing techniques, Silicone mold casting technique, Installation of brass fittings (rings, fasteners), Secrets of shine, transparency, and depth, and the joy of free creativity.  Even if you already work with polymer clay or wood, resin will open up a whole new world of possibilities for you: from stained glass to miniature imitations of glass and stone. It's a technique you'll want to play with.  And most importantly, you'll have your own collection in a box that you'll want to return to every December.

Teacher Supplies: Kit with 12-24 ornaments and the box. Brass caps, tissue paper, pigments, 24+ shades, uv resin, super glue, brass wire, tacky glue, wipes, glass jars for mixed uv resins.

Students should bring: brushes, flat & fine, silicon brushes, round nose pliers, fine bent nose pliers, fine wire cutters, tweezers, needle tool, glasses, extra light, fine sharp scissors.

To protect our Teachers from unnecessary expenses, cancellations prior to April 1, 2026 will be processed less a $35 processing fee. There are no refunds after April 2, 2026 - if there is a kit for your class it will be sent to you.
