Create your own little city block of four cozy little houses that stand alone in any space! The houses can be arranged in any combination you like. I leave mine unglued on the base and take one to work to live on my desk. Students will learn basic landscaping, how to use printed brick paper, an unusual way to use plasticine clay, painting and dry brushing techniques, and how to manipulate foam core to create a stucco surface. You get to choose from a huge selection of doors and windows to customize each house. There are seven rooms just waiting for you to move in! All skill levels welcome.

Dimensions: Base is 14” wide x 1 ¾” tall and 4” deep. The houses vary in height from 7” to 4”

Materials supplied by teacher: All paints and materials

Supplies for students to bring: Favorite brushes & basic tool kit

To protect our Teachers from unnecessary expenses, cancellations prior to April 1, 2026 will be processed less a $35 processing fee. There are no refunds after April 2, 2026 - if there is a kit for your class it will be sent to you.
